This includes offering services without judgement for clients struggling with mail, paying bills, or managing onliine accounts. We can work with older adults or their family members trying to assist, determining a plan to help in a way that enables clients self-respect.

Step 1 is to simple schedule a 2-hour session to assess your needs and how Simplify with Celeste can help you. During that session, we will conduct a full needs assessment with your goals in mind, and create a plan to support you. Simplify with Celeste services are great to give or gift to an older adult friend or relative, and you can be part of the initial assessment as well.
Our initial needs assessment will determine what you need, how Simplify with Celeste can support you, and if all services should be provided onsite, virtually, or completely offsite. All of this is determined together and will then be written up as a plan for you.
Simplify with Celeste can run a variety of errands including picking up prescriptions, dropping off packages, picking up mail, and more. All errands must be within a 7 mile radius of the client's home, and must be easily carried. Services do not include full grocery shopping, providing transportation, or carrying anything over 10 pounds.
Simplify with Celeste will work with your resources as they are. Should you be interested in updating your technology, we can recommend technology providers to assist with this.
Simplify with Celeste can help with all sorts of organizing, from managing your online user id's & passwords to getting your kitchen junk drawer in usable order. We determine your goals, advise a plan of action, decide your role in doing the work, and agree on what supplies are needed according to your budget. Simplify with Celeste can advise on larger projects, and can outsource moving or installing large items including shelving, furniture, etc. Expenses for supplies will be submitted for approval prior to any purchases, and any contract with outside vendors will be directly with you, the client.
Simplify with Celeste typically works afternoons and early evenings. Sessions are scheduled with flexibility in 2-hour time blocks.
Sessions are booked in two hour increments for $100. Initial assessments receive a 10% discount at $90 USD, and fees can be paid in cash, check, or via Venmo. Sessions are paid either before or at the end of each session. Multi-session packages are available at further discount pricing.
